        5. honey and potato juice: clean some fresh potatoes and squeeze them into juice; add a spoonful of honey into the juice. Have it 2 to 3 times everyday at night with empty stomach. This is good to maintain normal water metabolism and heart performance. This also can inhibit symptoms like pain, flatulence, nausea caused by gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer as well as too much gastric fluid.
