Having Loose Bowels Every Morning May Be Kidney Deficiency

Predawn diarrhea also is called crow diarrhea or kidney diarrhea. Its feature is getting up every morning at 2 to 7 o’clock to have diarrhea for two to three times; sometimes, you need to go to the bathroom immediately after lie on bed; the first thing you need to do when you getting up also is go to the bathroom; you need to diarrhea for 3 to 5 times in the day, or even worse 5 to 10 times every day.

This kind of disease is easier to repeat when changing seasons. People who have beer, cold food, or something dirty or having too full all will cause diarrhea. What’s worse, person may have diarrhea when being blew by cold wind. This kind of disease mainly appears on man rather than woman and mainly demonstrates on middle aged people. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, predawn diarrhea is caused by kidney and yang deficiency, yang-function insufficiency of kidney, and yin-cold excess. Curing this disease should warm the kidney and strengthen spleen, stop diarrhea. You also can relieve the situation by sishen pill. Sishen pill is composed by six Chinese medicines: fructus psoraleae, myrstica fragrans, evoida, fructus schizandrae, ginger, and jujube. It can be made as pill to take, or made as soup to take with water. If the symptoms of being cold is too obvious, you can add some monkshood, baked ginger to strengthen the power of warming kidney and spleen; if you cannot stop diarrhea, you can add some astragalus, radix codonopsis, atractylodes macrocephala koidz, rhizome cimicifugae to strengthen qi and spleen.

The precaution measures mainly include keeping warm, and do not have cold and raw food. When season is changing, the temperature difference between morning and evening is very bid and so you have to be careful not to catch a cold. You should especially pay attention to keep your abdomen and lower limbs warm. When sleeping, make sure that you have your quilt on your abdomen. Diet should mainly be slight, mild and easy to digest; do not have cold and raw, dirty food; every meal of the day should be rational and on time; do not have too full or too less, but have 70% or 80% full. If you are on dietary therapy, you can choose to soap ginger with vinegar tea. You clean and cut the ginger into slices, soap the ginger with rice vinegar for 24 hours. When having it, add three pieces of ginger and some black sugar, then make tea with boiling water. Do not stop having it until you stop diarrhea.
