Tomato Can Help Burning Fat

The researcher in Tokyo University Japan found that in tomato, especially in the tomato juice that has been heated, there is a lot of linoleic acid “13-OXO-ODA” which can burn fat.

The researcher fed the fat mouse with high calorie food with 0.002 grams “13-OXO-ODA” every day, and fed another group of mousse with only high calorie food. Four weeks later, they found that the neutral fat in the gastric juice and liver in the former mouse is about 30% less, and the blood sugar value also is 20% less than in the latter. If this is conversed to the absorption content of adult, it is equal to have two to three tomatoes, or have 200 ml tomato juice every meal (heated tomato juice is much better).
