Five myths on losing weight by having fruits

1: banana with honey
Banana is rich in food fiber, can stimulate peristalsis of the intestines and stomach and help with the smoothness of bowel movement. If you eat nothing but banana with honey, you will get thin soon as the calories it has is way less than the normal meals. But if you keep on doing like this, there will be lack of protein, minerals and other kinds of nutritional ingredients. Gradually all kinds of health problems will come to you.

2: grapefruit
Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C and less sugar content. If replace the meals with grapefruits, you will probably get slimmer in a short time. But if you belong to the weak physique, you had better eat a few high-fiber soda biscuit before to avoid the stimulation that the acid does to the stomach.

3: apple
Compared with an ordinary meal, apple has much lower calories. You will surely get thinner by having apples other than meals. But imbalanced nutrition structure will harm your health. If you stop the apple meals, your weight will bounce back immediately.

4: pineapple
pineapple is rich in vitamin B1which can promote metabolism, eliminate exhausted feeling, thick food fibre will make your digestion more smoothly. If you love to eat pineapple, you can eat some after the meal. Remember not to have it with an empty stomach or dangers will be induced by the pineapple enzyme

5: papaya
It has not been evidenced that papaya can help lose weight. One of the effects it has is to promote milk secretion for the women after delivery.
