No matter who you choose as a fitness buddy, just remember that you are there to motivate one another. If you find that you are both deciding to go get ice cream instead of going to the gym, then it may be time to find someone else.Having company in your weight losing process will give you much more motivation to hang on instead of giving up soon. You can share your experience in weight losing, catching up on where you are going in the process, talk about new solutions that work wonder in weight loss. All in all, you will feel that you are not alone and will be much inspired, which will make you achieve your goal more easily and happily.
