Insomnia can make the body of fatigue mood be agitated

Sleep is an important physiological phenomenon. In 24 hours a day, there is "sleep - waking up cycle". When we feel sleepy,  it is an inevitable reaction that we have in the sleep stage of the cycles. But for the insomnia sufferers, the "sleep - waking up cycle" has been disturbed.

The main factors are:
 1, susceptible quality: it is related to the weakness in one's physique. One with reserved personality is more sensitive and think more about the something. So he is more restless in mind and suffer from insomnia.
 2, Psychological factors: Psychological external stimuli such as family separation, neighbourhood quarrel, unpleasant things among collegues, work and study pressure and so on,excessive anxiety, restlessness, excitement can all lead to difficulty in falling asleep. Insomnia itself can be a stimulus to anxiety and tension which aggravates insomnia. Thus, it forms a vicious circle.

 3, Environmental factors such as noise, light, or improper temperature disturbance. Shifts in  work, burning the midnight oil, adaptation to the different environment and jet lag  all can disrupt the normal cycle of sleep and waking up and cause insomnia.
 4, Disease factors: Patients with heart disease, kidney disease, asthma, ulcer disease, hepatitis, somatic diseases, arthritis, pain, cough, especially patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis, cervical spondylosis which can affect the cerebral arteries blood flow and cause cerebral ischemia, they may have insomnia very often.    5, Drug factors: antipsychotics, antidepressants, antianxiety drugs, sleeping pills, blood vessel expansion medicine, antibiotics and anti-tb drugs can all cause side effects like insomnia.
